2025 Real Estate Market Forecast

By far the number one question I'm asked as a real estate broker is, "Rick, how is the market?" And I'm sure that's the question you get asked most often, too. Today I'm very excited to share with you the 2025  forecast by the California Association of Realtors of what's going to happen in the 2025 market.
